Otis Elevator Company est à la recherche d’un Gestionnaire d'opérations - Nouvelles installations (NI), division Nouvelles Installations, très motivé pour stimuler la productivité et l'exécution des projets liés aux nouvelles installations pour la succursale de Montréal et les operations de chantier. Le Gestionnaire d'opérations - Nouvelles installations (NI) sera responsable des activités NI, de la satisfaction des clients et des activités de gestion d'ordre quotidien.

Responsabilités- Diriger l'exécution des activités de la clientèle, liées à la division Nouvelles installations d’Otis.- Assurer la supervision des mécaniciens de construction et des équipes d'installation.- Réaliser les objectifs en respectant le budget pre-defini- S'assurer que les projets ne dépassent pas les prévisions de coûts.- Analyser avec précision les situations de risque et aider à élaborer des contingences pour les estimations.- Etre responsable de l'évaluation et de la formation de l'équipe, surtout dans le domaine de la securité et de la qualité- Réaliser des contrôles de sécurité et de qualité, a travers des inspections et des plans de sécurité et de qualité.- Coordonner les livraisons de matériel et émettre des bons de commandes.- Développer et maintenir des relations professionnelles et productives avec les collègues, les équipes de gestion de projet, les employés de chantier, les clients, les autorités gouvernementales et toute autre partie prenante.- Prévoir et planifier les ressources en main-d'œuvre pour assurer la bonne exécution des projets dans les délais fixés, maintenir l'assurance qualité du client et améliorer l'efficacité.- Voir à l'administration et à l'interprétation des dispositions contractuelles et exécuter les tâches liées au processus de construction, notamment la gestion de la facturation, des paiements des consultants et des entrepreneurs, le traitement des RFI et l'optimisation des possibilités de modification de commandes, ainsi que la maximisation de la couverture de trésorerie du projet.- Être en mesure de travailler selon différents horaires au besoin.

Études- Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent; un diplôme universitaire serait un atout.- Détenir un certificat de PMP, issu par PMI, serait un atout

Expérience/compétences mínimales- Faire preuve de solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale, tant en Anglais qu’en Français, afin de développer efficacement les attentes et les relations avec les clients internes et externes.- Être apte à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et fortement axé sur le travail d'équipe.- Être motivé et capable de gérer plusieurs projets et responsabilités simultanés.- Être très à l'aise dans un environnement technique utilisant les logiciels informatiques de Microsoft.- Posséder des qualités de chef, être axé sur les résultats, faire preuve d’une grande motivation et posséder d’excellentes aptitudes pour la gestion du temps et l’organisation.- Posséder de l’expérience dans le domaine des des ascenseurs et des escaliers mécaniques serait un atout.
