Building authentic connections with both your team and customers is paramount, as you work to enhance brand loyalty and drive profitability. You will play a crucial role in identifying and executing key business strategies and will be prepared to step into the Store Manager role when required. Ultimately, you will be accountable for supporting the store's quantitative and qualitative Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and upholding Canada Goose's values and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve or surpass sales objectives (both gross and net results). Contribute to improving our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other sales and service metrics, including conversion rates, average transaction value (ATV), and average units sold (AUS). Implement CRM initiatives to build a customer network for the store and continuously analyze results, such as capture rates and repeat purchases. Enhance units per transaction (UPT) by actively promoting new, underperforming, and strategic categories. Elevate the customer experience through in-store events, coordinating personal and virtual shopping appointments, and introducing emerging categories. Address common customer issues by investigating opportunities, developing solutions, and training staff to manage similar challenges in the future. Educate team members on product knowledge, brand history, and effective storytelling. Empower and motivate team members to foster customer loyalty and enhance employee engagement. Mentor team members to ensure they meet brand expectations for quality and authenticity while supporting cross-functional collaboration. Identify and nurture future leaders while scouting external talent for retail opportunities.About You:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management. Previous experience with successful luxury brands in high-traffic locations. Familiarity with CRM tools and processes. Strong analytical skills and proven understanding of retail mathematics and metrics. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. A keen business sense and attention to detail. Consistently embodies the brand's values, demonstrating innovation, authenticity, passion, perseverance, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Proficiency in an additional language is a plus.Additional Information:
