Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans and maintain a visually appealing store environment
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Canada Goose remains competitive
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in a retail environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other retail software systems
