**Who we are**

Moms Against Racism (MAR) is a national non-profit organization that has been in operation since 2020. Founded by a bi-racial, Black presenting mom of 3, our mission is to educate mothering individuals, in anti-racism, cultural competence, and decolonization so we have the tools and support to dismantle racism within ourselves, our families, and our communities. Through mutual learning and gentle leadership, we support people to become active in dismantling systemic racism. We are guided by the values of humility, community, unlearning and learning, healing and courageous action in all that we do.

We primarily achieve our mission by delivering anti-racism learning to parents, educators, and childcare providers. To complement the adult learning, MAR also provides anti-racism learning support to children through diverse book baskets, affinity programming, and events.

- Be a Kid monthly events
- MAR Jr. Reviewers

**The Role**

We are very excited to announce the opportunity for a Program Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our programs. If you’re passionate about anti-racism and are ready to help us make a difference, please apply
