**What you’ll do**:
You will be responsible for the daily operations and overall profitability of the Ste. Anne Food Store location according to Clearview Co-op’s business goals and objectives. Some main duties of the job include, but are not limited to:

- Live our brand, “You’re at Home Here” by presenting a positive, collaborative, and professional image of the organization to all customers, visitors, suppliers, and team members.
- Exemplify our company values: _People, Integrity, Excellence, Responsibility. _
- Responsible for the management, maintenance, and security of the store location and property.
- Anticipate the needs of our customers and put them first in all that you do.
- Lead, coach, and motivate colleagues to achieve success and growth.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Ensure all health, safety, and security regulations are held to and required standards are met.
- Provide input to the Senior Leader to help enhance business strategy.
- Constantly on the lookout for industry trends and implement unique ideas.
- Create synergies/opportunities with other existing locations (Food stores, C-Stores).
- Be committed to maintaining merchandising, operational standards and be accountable for financial objectives such as P&L and budgets.

- You have 3 to 9 years of relevant experience (Managing overall store operations within the grocery industry)
