Deli Manager

**Clearview Co-op** is currently hiring a **Deli Department Manager** to serve our members and customers at our Food Store located in** Ste. Anne, MB.**

**What you’ll do**:
The Deli Department Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks and may be involved in the planning for the direction of their department. Some of the main duties will include:

- Live our brand, “You’re at Home Here” by presenting a positive, collaborative, and professional image of the organization to all customers, visitors, suppliers, and team members.

- Oversee, plan, and manage daily operations for the Deli Department.
- Establishes short-term strategies, goals, and objectives for the store.
- Responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering solutions.
- Oversee the completion and follow through of all safety and environmental policies and procedures and ensure standards are achieved.
- Frequently move items up to 55 lbs. at the site for various needs.
- May provide operational oversight in absence of the Store Manager.
- Ensuring the department meets and maintains food safety requirements and follow government accredited food safety programs.
- Manage the Deli department in a positive, engaging way.
