**ASSISTANT MANAGER - JOB DESCRIPTION**

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Assisting the store manager at driving sales & motivating sales associates.
- Ability to work FT (4-5 shifts/week)
- Ability to work every other weekend (sat 9:45-5:00; sun 11:45-5:00)
- Ability to work varied hours, as business dictates
- NO Time off in DECEMBER
- Computer Literacy in the following programs:
○ EXCEL/Sheets

○ Word/Docs

○ POS Systems

○ CANVA (an asset)

○ Shopify
- MUST have 1 year customer service and supervisory experience.
- Social Media:

**DAILY TASKS**
- Admin - PO creation, price tickets, promotional placement, review reports (commission, hours, inventory)

- Product Placement & Merchandising
- Maintaining Cleanliness

- Assistance with Event Planning
