**What you’ll do**:
The Meat Department Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks and may be involved in the planning for the direction of their department. Some of the main duties will include:

- Live our brand, “You’re at Home Here” by presenting a positive, collaborative, and professional image of the organization to all customers, visitors, suppliers, and team members.
- Exemplify our company values: _People, Integrity, Excellence, and Responsibility. _
- Responsible for the overall operations of the Meat Department.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and receiving for the department.
- Ensure the Meat department is appropriately merchandised including tagging and pricing accuracy.
- Ensure proper preparation of promotions and displays are completed.
- Present a neat, clean, and well merchandised department.
- Provide strong leadership and support to team members within the department.
- Frequently move items up to 55 lbs. at the site for various needs.
- May provide operational oversight in absence of the Store Manager.
