Victoria, Canada Island Outfitters Full time

We are currently seeking a part-time to full-time Office Administrator. We offer competitive wages, extended health and dental and a fun work environment.

The Office Administor position will support our current administrators with customer service, operations, receiving and accounting duties.

Island Outfitters is a family run, locally owned fishing, and hunting store.

Consider joining our team

**Customer Service**
- Answers phones, handles telephone enquiries
- Front cash and licencing when needed

**Office Administration**
- Prepares monthly/seasonal promotional material
- Book reservations for TP accommodation services
- Posts days end sales from POS
- Posts invoices and credit card payables
- A/R Collections on unpaid balances including sending statements to customers
- Enters inventory into Profitek data base
- Updates online website with new inventory as required
- Other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- MS Office and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable preferred
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize time with mínimal supervision
- Detail oriented and able to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy
