Lilly recherche un(e) conseiller(ère) aux ventes pour développer son portefeuille d'oncologie. Cette personne est un professionnel motivé et autonome, possédant des relations solides avec les principaux centres d'oncologie et leaders d'opinion à travers le Canada, en particulier au Québec et dans les provinces de l'Atlantique.

Le consultant en vente est chargé de fournir des expériences client exceptionnelles en identifiant les besoins essentiels et en proposant des solutions au niveau du compte/centre et à l'échelle nationale. Cela comprend la création d'un environnement favorable pour soutenir l'accès et l'utilisation des thérapies en oncologie de Lilly.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Vous interpréterez les données et développerez et mettrez en œuvre un plan détaillé pour le portefeuille priorisé. Vous identifierez des défis spécifiques et proposerez des solutions répondant aux besoins du compte/centre et aux objectifs commerciaux. Vous servirez de point de contact pour l'équipe transversale de Lilly, y compris le programme de soutien aux patients LillyPlus (PSP), les équipes médicales, l'accès aux patients et le marketing.
- Soutenir les cliniciens et l'équipe multidisciplinaire pour favoriser l'accès et l'utilisation appropriée des produits d'oncologie de Lilly pour les patients en utilisant le cadre d'interaction axé sur la valeur.
- Fournir des informations produit et des services pertinents en temps voulu.
- Établir une réputation positive pour l'oncologie de Lilly au sein des institutions clés.
- Soutenir l'équipe interfonctionelle dans la planification et l'engagement des leaders d'opinion pour les initiatives commerciales.
- Développer des relations avec les leaders d'opinion nationaux et régionaux, ainsi qu'avec d'autres parties prenantes clés, et répondre à leurs besoins.
- Recueillir des informations et exploiter les données de performance des ventes, les considérations formulaires et l'intelligence concurrentielle pour diagnostiquer les problèmes et identifier les opportunités.
- Déplacements (jusqu'à 50 %).
- Travailler efficacement avec des parties prenantes externes et des partenaires internes interfonctionelles tout en équilibrant les exigences éthiques, de conformité et de documentation.
- Établir et entretenir des relations avec les clients via des canaux numériques et en personne.
- Développer des solutions innovantes d'engagement client en collaboration avec des partenaires pluridisciplinaires.

**EXIGENCES**:

- Diplôme universitaire ; un diplôme avancé en sciences constitue un atout
- Baccalauréat
- Bilinguisme obligatoire
- Relations bien établies avec les principaux centres d'oncologie et les cliniciens à l'échelle nationale, en particulier au Québec et dans les provinces de l'Atlantique
- Connaissance approfondie en oncologie, notamment dans les domaines du cancer du sein, de la thyroïde et du poumon, ainsi que des médicaments de précision
- Relations bien établies avec les principaux centres d'oncologie et les cliniciens à l'échelle nationale, en particulier au Québec et dans les provinces de l'Atlantique
- Capacité à mobiliser efficacement des leaders d'opinion et d'autres parties prenantes externes
- Bilan éprouvé en tant que professionnel de la relation client performant dans un environnement virtuel
- Forte acuité commerciale pour identifier des opportunités grâce à des données et des insights, et élaborer des solutions
