The Payroll Associate is an integral part of the Boyd Group’s payroll team responsible for processing accurate and timely payments for approximately 10,000+ employees. Ensuring highly accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing is of the utmost importance.

**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Setup and maintenance of employees in the payroll system in compliance with applicable wage and tax laws.
- Setup and accuracy of taxes.
- Maintain payroll data by collecting, calculating and entering data on a weekly payroll schedule.
- Deliver prompt, friendly and efficient customer service to employees who have questions regarding their pay.
- Keep informed on legislation and regulatory rulings impacting payroll and develop recommended solutions to ensure compliance in all federal and state jurisdictions.

**Education and/or Experience Required**
- 3-4 years experience in a similar payroll position processing a full cycle payroll.
- PCP Certification is preferred.
- Experience with ADP Workforce and/or Vantage HCM would be an asset.

**Required Skills/Abilities**
- Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills with a keen eye for details
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage workload within tight deadlines through strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Excel is required
- Ability to work flexible hours when required
