Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

**Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistent quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Conduct interviews and hire new employees
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to staff members
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Maintain a positive work environment and foster teamwork among staff members
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
