La Roca is a vibrant, fine dining Mexican restaurant renowned for its live music and stunning patio ambiance. Located in the heart of downtown, our restaurant offers a fun and lively atmosphere where guests can indulge in authentic Mexican cuisine while enjoying live entertainment.
**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct interviews, hire new employees, and provide ongoing coaching and development.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
- Proven leadership skills with a desire to develop and motivate team members.
- Energetic and positive attitude, with strong patience and communication skills.
- Drive for continuous improvement and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Experience in leadership development is an asset.
