**Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity**:
As a key member of our Marketing team, you will serve as a crucial link between Marketing and IT. We ask that you liaise with the Marcom team and then translate that marketing vision to a technology implementation to meet marketing goals. This role must understand the valuable potential of automation to streamline the functions of sales, IT, Operations and marketing teams. You should understand how systems could interconnect to integrate data between platforms.
**Location**:You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.
**Reporting Relationship**: You will report to Director, Customer Programs and Marketing Technology
**Your Moneris Career - What you'll do**:
- Oversee and architect data models, data integrations/optimizations, and system requirements for data attribution; data cleanliness. Report & overall lead data management.
- Be a super-user and product evangelist for a variety of digital tools. Evaluate new technologies and add-on features to improve performance or support future marketing needs. Manage system audits and governance, vendor and partner management.
- Simplify complex concepts and messages to essential components, and deliver messages to different audiences.
- Collaborate with partners to understand digital marketing objectives to ensure understanding of project outcomes and meet strategic needs. Partner with developers and program managers to establish timelines and ensure delivery of projects and requests.
- Lead project teams to optimize campaigns across multiple channels to improve performance, reach, and return on investment of digital marketing activities, to support important outcomes
- Lead, coach and develop a team of direct reports ; Manages training on all systems & processes to broader marketing & sales teams; support marketing during campaign planning meetings to enable use of systems when & where required.
- Establish a clear and succinct testing and UAT process for program enhancements.
**Your Moneris Career - What you bring**:
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing
- Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution
- Minimum of 7-10 years of Marketing/digital experience
- Experience managing a team
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing in B2B or a technology company
- Fluency with multiple marketing technology platforms ( e.g. Google Analytics, Salesforce, Microsoft, Marketing Cloud, Pardot)
