**Overview**
Reporting directly to Senior Director of Marketing, Medical and Non-Acute, the Marketing Associate is to provide support for Acute/Non-Acute segments and portfolios. Liaise with other CHS functional team members and vendor partner administrative support team to ensure all marketing operational requirements of the portfolio are fulfilled.

**GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the management of vendors partners for specific segments/portfolios.
- Manage the requirements for conferences, events, medical education, campaigns, and sample requirements for the segment/portfolio and execute through marketing operations team.
- Responsible for maintaining CHS product price lists for your portfolio. Ensure price increases are input into the system as they occur - manage the master price file for the portfolio. Notify sales, CSR, contracts, and channel partners of changes in pricing once set and approved. Provide price lists for sales team and distribution partners.
- Ensures vendor and product lists are accurate so they can be input and managed in system.
- Responsible for supporting product launches and line extensions.
- Works with Contracts to manage the RFP calendar and all executing all incoming RFPs for portfolio.
- Effectively manage daily marketing administrative tasks
- Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics on portfolio.
- Collect and analyze customer behavior data and trends.
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print promotional material.
- Facilitate in the organization and implementation of promotional events.
- Monitor and report competitors' marketing and sales activities.
- Support annual business planning and development of marketing plan.
- Sales field work as appointed by the Director of Marketing
- Acts as the first point of contact for sales reps on product information, pricing and availability of new product, labels, and other inquiries. Escalates requests within the organization to the appropriate internal resource.
- Performs other duties as requested by manager and Marketing Leadership team.

**KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION**
- Bachelor’s program in marketing, business or equivalent with 1-2 years’ experience (medical device an asset).
- Demonstrated analytical and technical skills with software programs including Microsoft Suite, Canva, Adobe and exposure to an ERP system.
- Proven communication skills with customers and internal team members
- Strong attention to detail, excellent planning and organizing skills with ability to multi-task. Possess a goal-oriented attitude.
- Desire to be part of team committed to our customers and patients.

**Language Skills**
- Must be proficient in written & spoken English. French is an asset.

**Technical Skills**
- Solid keyboarding and MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required.
- Digital marketing and/or analytics experience preferred.
