**Position Summary**
Reporting to and working under the Director, Process Integration & Quality Assurance, the incumbent collaboratively leads the internal and external departments, stakeholders, and partners to facilitate the implementation of Student Experience and Success (SES) projects from concept to operations. The incumbent helps coordinate the design, development and implementation of research and quality assurance solutions that drive measurable outcomes across the SES division. The SES division offers a broad range of services, activities, programs and opportunities throughout the student lifecycle. Project coordination activities are an essential part of our efforts to manage the wide-scale divisional, strategic and operational projects with stakeholders from across the institution, inclusive of, but not limited to, ES systems requirement projects, SES quality assurance projects, initiatives under SES strategic goals, and government funded projects. The incumbent is a relational, organized, and detail-oriented individual who works collaboratively with internal and external departments, stakeholders, and partners to facilitate the implementation of SES projects from concept to operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Serves as project manager for SES initiatives/projects within the ES and SLED portfolios. This includes committee and meeting management, coordination and communication, report and project plan writing (e.g. project charters), monitoring action items and milestones for accountable delivery, following up on tasks, and reporting on deliverables
- In consultation with business lead, prepares project charters, project plans and critical paths, project budgets, milestones, inter-dependencies, change and stakeholder management plans, potential risk and mitigation strategies, and progress reports against milestones
- Develops communication materials to disseminate data and engage with partners and stakeholders within and outside of SES.
- Establishes and ensures compliance with respect to standards and expectations for information storage and sharing (e.g., cloud, predictable and easily navigable/accessible, standards for basic information dissemination, etc.), including creating training materials and ensuring confidentiality.
- Chairs meetings with project stakeholders as needed to capture and/or present new information, status updates, and key findings
- Supports the Quality Assurance team in coordination of quality assurance research projects and communications as required and support completion of post-project-implementation reports
- Assist the Quality Assurance team in creating surveys for ES and SLED Leads using the institutional survey tool Qualtrics in order to assess operations/satisfaction within the established assessment framework and in concert with directions established with Institutional Research.
- Compiles reviews, documents, and reports (e.g., business planning, student fees protocols) to assist the AVP and Dean of Students or AVP Enrolment Services & Registrar and SES Leads with institutional governance processes.
- Researches, collects, tracks, and processes vendor information for the creation of vendor contracts and payments. Supporting SES leaders and the Business Operations team in answering queries from vendors and trouble-shoots around process issues (e.g., payment delays, additional contract information needed, etc.) related to projects

**Qualifications/Experience**
- A minimum 4-year degree in project management or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of related work experience in project coordination/management, evaluation, stakeholder management
- Experience leading collaborative projects and committees
- Completion of Project Management related courses or certifica
