**Position Summary**
Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Centre for Online Learning and Micro-credentials, the incumbent plays a key role in the support to the Academic Division and the part-time learner, under mínimal supervision. The incumbent plays a key role in the part-time student experience through leadership/support of divisional processes by coordinating with multiple stakeholders relating to part-time activity, recommending improvements and positive changes and providing guidance and advice to Part-time Program Officers regarding systems and processes. The incumbent’s duties focus on the communication and coordination of customer service, marketing, recruitment, data (identification, collection, analysis, maintenance and reporting), and quality review processes across the Academic Division as they relate to part-time learning.

The incumbent will be comfortable working with limited day-to-day direction and demonstrate time management, decision-making, analytical and excellent oral and written communication skills. The role participates in building stakeholder relationships and working collaboratively with the College Leadership team and Part-time Program Officers.

**Responsibilities**
- Drives routine divisional processes, ensuring timelines are met and service levels are maintained, such as the tart-time web presence (course catalogue), course evaluations as assigned by the Manager, escalating exceptions as required.
- Documents, distributes and maintains process documentation changes as directed by the Manager.
- Analyzes methods and processes and develops and coordinates strategies for efficiency improvements in consultation with stakeholders under the direction of the Manager.
- Provides guidance and training to Part-time Program Officers and other staff relating to procedures.
- Reviews, updates, and organizes Centre’s program/course information for publication, as directed by the Manager/Chair. Ensures accuracy of all information for publications and marketing collateral (i.e. sell-sheets, brochures, website, etc.) to support recruitment and retention within the Centre
- Liaises with the Academic Division on retention strategies.
- Communicates with the College community on an on-going basis to ensure they receive up-to-date information on policies, processes and activities/events related to the Centre for Online Learning and Micro-credentials.
- Ensures all of the applicable communication tools, publications and program databases are updated to meet deadlines. For example, Sharepoint site, program fact sheets etc.
- Conducts research as directed by Manager in accordance with defined requirements, prepares draft reports based on analysis of research conducted.
- Coordinates and facilitates meetings and presentations.
- Maintains project documentation such as agendas, meeting minutes, action plans etc.
- Tracks, follows-up on project activities and prepares draft project status reports under the direction of the Manager.
- Collects data related to the monitoring and tracking of enrolment, historical trending data, retention rates and cancellation rates for review and analysis by Manager/Chair

**Qualifications/Experience**
- 3 year diploma or degree in Business Management, Project Management, Research or a similar discipline or equivalent combination or education and experience
- Minimum 5 years related practical experience preferable in an academic administration environment with experience in data management and project coordination/management experience
- Expertise in MS Office suite (Advanced Excel & Powerpoint)
- Demonstrated experience using Access, SharePoint and Visio.
- Demonstrated time management, decision-making, problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively
