We are hiring for the position of Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Director.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will be responsible for managing multiple calendars, booking travel, arranging appointments, navigating calendar conflicts, assisting with errands, responding to key stakeholders, preparing and editing correspondence, communicating with some vendors, scheduling meetings, booking conferences, working collaboratively with the rest of the team and any other tasks assigned by the CEO.

The position offers the flexibility to work from home, but to also work in person with the CEO at the Port Coquitlam and Maple Ridge offices as required. Attendance at meetings with the CEO across the Lower Mainland may also be required from time to time.

Andrea Mellalieu is the 2nd generation operator of Arcus Community Resources. Since 1981, Arcus has been providing loving, dignified care to children and adults with mental and physica disabilities. Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
