**_JOB RESPONSIBILITIES_**

As Catering Coordinator, you will support the Catering Department through a variety tasks, working closely with other
departments to ensure first class service to our members. Your duties will include:
**Event Sales**
- Maintaining an active trace/follow up system on all sales enquiries
- Providing tours of Club Event Spaces
- Handling corporate sales of groups for 50 and under, which includes room bookings, answering client inquiries via

**Catering Office Admin**
- Reception Support for the Director of Catering and the office, if required
- Daily reader board and change logs
- Coordinating rentals and orders with external vendors.
- Booking support for the Terminal City Club Board of Directors
- Creating Jonas (Club Software) accounts
- Verifying and preparing catering invoices, which includes answering inquiries and data entry for catering packages
using CaterEase
- Coordinating & communicating with other departments to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
- Creating accounts, events, menus and prices in CaterEase

**Special Projects**
- Supporting with the Annual Catering Package
- Assisting with the coordination of Holiday Season at the Club
- Job Requirements/Qualifications:

- **_REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE_**
- Previous catering experience in 4 star or equivalent property preferred
- Guest & service oriented with a positive attitude
- Typing skills of 45 wpm
- Excellent reading, writing and English language skills
- Excellent knowledge of basic office software i.e., word, excel, outlook
- Previous experience with a Catering software program would be an asset
- Excellent time management skills and possess a high level of personal integrity
- Positive attitude and consistently calm disposition and familiar with guest service in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem solver with highly developed communication skills
- Salary/Wage: $50000
