Daily Catering Coordination and Administration:

- Organizes and coordinates all daily corporate catering orders for clients
- Deals with administrative tasks including but not limited to; answering phones, ordering office supplies and billing clients
- Supports department with inputting orders and creating labels when needed
- In coordination with Operations Department, ensuring our clients are receiving their orders in a timely and professional manner
- Schedules daily catering orders and produces manifests for kitchen, operations and drivers division
- Supports an effective and direct chain of communication with Operations Team

Client Success:

- Working with corporate delivery clients to develop menu proposals and quotes that fulfills their needs and budgetary requirements
- Effectively and client focused facilitation of needs while supporting upselling initiatives
- Preparation of client proposals and follow through for successful confirmations
- Sending client invoices for confirmed orders
- Follow-up with new and existing clients for ultimate satisfaction
- Management and maintaining our existing outstanding client relationships, building further business with them
- Develop and increase catering revenues through creative sales initiatives, developing outside sales opportunities

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years experience in similar Corporate Catering Coordination or relevant administrative role
- Degree or Diploma in Event management, sales or marketing accreditation an asset
- Knowledge of the local catering industry and competition
- Some experience in off-site event catering an asset
- Experience with Industry Catering specific software (Total Party Planner, Caterease)
- Proficient in all aspects of Office 360, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent skills displayed in all verbal, written communication with clients, colleagues and management
- Valid and clean BC Drivers License an asset
- Legal to work in Canada

Compensation:

- Renumeration based on experience

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
