Pacific Coast Heavy Truck Group is BC’s established Volvo / Mack Truck dealer. We are actively seeking to hire a **Receptionist** to join our Langley Headquarters.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Take inventory of office supplies and restock as needed.
- Scan documents as required.
- Payables matching/posting and filing.
- Process credit card & cash payments.
- Balance petty cash.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-3 years experience as a receptionist or in e general office environment.
- Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, in person and over the phone.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude is essential
