GetGoing is a financial technology company in Langley, British Columbia. Our company has been in business since 2016 and we have become one of the top marketing companies for auto loan services. We are seeking a full-time, reliable Receptionist / Office Coordinator to provide support to our sales & marketing team at our office in Langley. Ideal hours of work will be 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. One hour break or two half hour breaks.
- Fluent in reading, writing and oral communication in English
- Strong spelling and grammar capabilities
- Experience working in an office and mostly paperless environment (experience is not needed but an asset)
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple demands during busy periods
- Detail oriented with strong accuracy
- Experience in a financial or marketing office environment an asset
- Mature, professional, self-motivated, high energy, customer-service oriented
- Polite, friendly and upbeat personality
- Non-smoker, phone lines need to be monitored very closely.

**Day to day duties will include**:

- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls using our cloud software CallRail
- Take messages and relay them through Slack to the appropriate departments
- Responding to inquiries on social media pages
- Data entry and handling paperwork as instructed by CEO and management
- Regular cleaning of office, emptying garbage, recycling
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies as needed
- Mailing out documents as needed by Finance Managers
- Other administrative duties
