We are currently looking for a **Supply Chain Solutions Analyst **to join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team.

**HYBRID WORK MODEL: Work in the office at 1280 Courtneypark Drive E, Mississauga every Monday and Wednesday. Work from home Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays. Have a car to travel to Bolton, Ontario 20%.**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Evaluate new and existing customers for profitability, efficiency, and process design.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives and assist in the implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop and deliver supply chain solutions.
- Perform detailed supply chain network analysis to develop cost effective solutions.
- Perform supply chain data collection from internal and external customers.
- Accurately cleanse and filter the data, check for inconsistencies, and seek clarification as required. Identify and advise on inconsistent data sets.
- Analyze data to develop insights and present to internal stakeholders in a summarized and presentable format.
- Assist in delivering formal presentations to external customers.
- Provide analytical and financial support to the project management team with customer onboarding and exits and warehouse moves and set ups.
- Document business process flows and pricing tools.
- Perform and develop process maps and write respective standard operating procedures (SOP’s)

**What You Bring to the Role**:

- College Diploma / University Degree in Engineering, Finance, Logistics, or Statistical Analysis or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain analysis and optimization. Warehouse analysis with focus in 3PL is preferred.
- Experience in Warehousing Design, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain Network Design, Finance and Transportation Operations are assets.
- Strong computer skills with database, spreadsheet, AutoCAD, and presentation software.
- Working Knowledge of MS Visio is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP software is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a team environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
- Analytical and detail oriented.
- Work well under pressure in a time sensitive environment.
- Ability to clearly identify the customers’ current and future distribution and transportation needs and present solutions to them.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel within GTA (20%). Must have a car to travel to Bolton, Ontario.
