**What you’ll do**

Reporting to the AVP, Operations Planning the Manager, Supply Chain Planning will work closely with the Supply Chain teams and Sport Chek and Marks business partners to build and implement improved end to end Supply Chain processes and visibility. This team focuses on our continued investment and needed attention to further our One Supply Chain, One Customer Vision.

The primary focus will be to work with cross functional stakeholders to document current state processes, identify and deliver process improvement initiatives across a number of workstreams including network and capacity planning, working with Merchandising, inbound product flow, outbound product flow and improving efficiencies at retail.

In order to further our One Supply Chain, One Customer Vision, this will involve working with and understanding how processes differ across all banners and how we can gain synergies in both the short and medium term. To achieve these goals, it will also be critical to understand how longer term Supply Chain initiatives and major projects such as the warehouse management system (WMS), transportation management system (TMS) and order management system (OMS) will impact the longer term so foundational processes may be put in place.
- Create and manage to timelines with clear milestones and deliverables while providing regular updates to senior leadership
- Plan and facilitate cross functional workshops to capture current state and align on future state processes for assigned workstreams
- Standardize, streamline processes, and clarify accountabilities within banner or across banner where possible with view to One Supply Chain
- Improve and create metrics to better enable vendor management, visibility to delivery performance and capacity planning by working with cross functional teams and IT to enable data feeds and operationalize reporting in Centre's of Excellence (COEs)
- Work with stakeholders and Centre's of Excellence (COEs) to operationalize new processes
- Oversee and coach analysts and cross functional teams to ensure that work continues on schedule

**What you bring**
- University degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field.
- 10 years of supply chain work experience is required, preferably at one of CTCs banners
- Demonstrated ability to deliver successful programs and projects within a dynamic enterprise
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with client groups and gain their trust and respect
- Proven experience presenting and workshopping strategies, plans and solutions within all levels of the organization
- Critical thinking skills with desire and ability to challenge the status quo
- Management level competencies in collaboration, communication, team building, stakeholder engagement and analytics
- Ability to retrieve information from multiple data sources and work with large amounts of information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
- Lean Green Belt or higher is preferred
