**What you will be doing**:

- Managing and overseeing the wellness program (including benefits administration, wellness, worker’s compensation, health & safety and employee experience)
- Liaising with Talent & Culture Coordinator and Payroll Manager for bi-weekly payroll audit & Dayforce administration
- Advising and liaising with the Occupational Health & Safety Committee chairpersons & participating in the annual Certificate of Recognition (COR) Audit
- Providing support with orientation and onboarding new employees & leaders
- Promoting meaningful and applicable programs that help work-life balance for employees and leaders

**Qualifications** Your experience and skills include**:

- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in benefit administration and claim management experience
- Previous experience in Human Resources is an asset
- Previous experience with Dayforce an asset
- Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
