Talent Advisor (Hybrid)

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience working in a high volume recruitment role, delivering full cycle recruitment services (2 years +)
  • Results driven mindset with a desire to work in a fastpaced environment, whilst delivering on multiple, concurrent initiatives
  • A customer service mindset, with a commitment to professionalism and excellence
  • Solid understanding of recruitment and selection best practices, as well as up to date knowledge of trends, opportunities and challenges affecting the labour market
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build long lasting relationships based on trust, integrity and accountability
  • Working towards or completion of a certificate or diploma in Human Resources or related field would be desirable

As a condition of employment at E-Comm, the required Police Security Clearance applicable to the position must be acquired and maintained.

This is a process carried out by our law enforcement partner agencies, facilitated by E-Comm.

The minimum residency in Canada to qualify for this position, as established by our law enforcement partner agencies, is roughly 3 to 5 years.

E-Comm offers a competitive salary starting at $75,303.71 and an excellent benefits package. This position is based in Vancouver with the opportunity for hybrid working arrangements.

As an integral part of BC's emergency services, E-Comm has a Covid-19 vaccination policy in effect with requirements for all current and future employees_.
