Office Administrator/receptionist

The company is looking for an individual to help with administrative duties in its office during the day. The office administrator role will perform the following duties:
- Perform A/R, A/P duties
- Data entry
- Operate and maintain where necessary, standard office equipment and systems/programs
- Order services, commnicate and help manage our partner relationships
- Work with our clients and help manage their accounts
- Special administrative projects as necessary
- Communicate with bookkeeper and generate operational reports
- Other as required
**SKILLS REQUIRED**:
- **Soft Skills**:_
- Effective communication skills - both verbal (articulate) and written
- Must have the ability to work well independently, be a self-starter, a innovative thinker and communicate with manager on a regular basis
- Reliable
- Strong organizational skills including ability to prioritize and take initiative if necessary
- Knowledge of Internet and voice services would be an asset but not necessary
- **Technical Skills**:_
- Knowledge with Quickbooks & SAGE
- Accurate and timely data processing skills, strong attention to detail
Pay $25.00/hr or more depending on experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- CONCORD, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Sage: 1 year (preferred)
- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
