**What You’ll Bring**

- Self-starter who can proactively identify and implement process improvements in their day-to-day operations
- Experience providing employee support for training questions and requests
- Ability to understand and assess the needs of diverse community groups, clients, and learners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Previous experience working with vulnerable populations

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Works with Sales and Finance to ensure project objectives, scope and deliverables are clearly identified at project initiation.
- Develops project plans leveraging templates and procedures to ensure project is delivered according to project management practices
- Acts as a central point of contact for all project related communication and works closely with the CEO, Ops Team, and Community Contacts to address and remove obstacles.
- Attends project transition meetings, status meetings and other meetings, as necessary.
- Maintains project communication lines to ensure risks, issues, decisions and actions are identified and followed-up on to avoid impact to successful delivery of projects.
- Maintains strong relationships with external vendors and facilitates meetings and discussions to ensure alignment across internal and external teams.
- Assist with the planning, scheduling, coordination and service delivery of educational programs.
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen relationships with all partners, stakeholders and project team members.
- Ensures documentation is maintained and accurately filed throughout the length of the project
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date participant records and program documentation
- Provide support for other administrative tasks related to training initiatives as required.
- Creates and distributes regular project status reports.
- Assists with day-to-day activities within the Office

**Qualifications**
- Education with a focus on HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong project management skills with a minimum of 1 year experience in project management, preferably in learning and development
- Experience working with project management information systems
- Strong knowledge of organizational structure and internal dynamics
- Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple prioritie

**Salary**: $33.00-$35.00 per hour
