Crowe MacKay LLP is excited to grow our team and is currently seeking a **Manager **to join our **Technology & Digital Consulting** team. This position will work out of our **Vancouver office** location. We are a dynamic group working in a fast-paced environment looking for someone that is career-focused, and excited to join a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial firm.

**The Role**
- Working alongside all client-service teams for our various service lines in our 8 markets, spanning across 4 jurisdictions (AB, BC, NWT, and YT).
- Assist with practice development, internal quality and risk management, marketing initiatives, and other tasks as required.
- Identify opportunities and potential clients along with delivering presentations/workshops.
- Assist with delivering internal training sessions and related materials.
- Project management for engagements such as IT audit support, SOC readiness assessments, system conversions/implementations, and other services as required.
- Assist with planning, budgeting, scoping, and delivery of engagement projects.
- Various duties as related and required for the success of the Technology & Digital Consulting team.

**What You Will Bring**
- Certified CISA, CPA, and/or CIA designation required.
- 4+ years of experience with IT risk and controls experience using various technologies and IT complexities required.
- 2+ years of experience in a lead senior and/or manager capacity required.
- Experience with delivering SOC report projects, system implementations, and mapping processes considered a strong asset.
- Proven ability to develop and improve internal operational processes.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Outlook) and specifically advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage change working with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills and project management experience would be considered an asset.
- Prior experience in professional services (accounting or law firm) would be considered an asset.
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently and work well in a team setting.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, strong ability to prioritize.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Experience in provinces and territories in which we operate considered an asset.
