**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, providing excellent customer service.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, customer correspondence, and communication.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain organized records of customer information and office correspondence.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance office efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in typing and proofreading.
- Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Understanding of Quickbooks and accounting functions are required.
- Track payments, process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
