Our team takes pride in helping clients rebuild and re-establish their credit history through the financing of a car loan. Our goal is to help as many people obtain qualified auto financing solutions in a challenging credit environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead with regard to all aspects of Human Resources to enhance organizational effectiveness, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compensation plan amendments, preparing new hire paperwork, new hire onboarding and off-boarding.
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Enhance, formulate, and implement HR policies, procedures and systems, to provide high-quality human resources services to employees.
- Manage and lead Monday and Tuesday meetings and meeting minute taking.
- Develop objectives, strategies, and action plans in the areas of manpower planning, recruitment, compensation management and staff training, in line with Autoloans’s strategy, and ensure labor efficiency and productivity.
- Manage employee relationships and contracts, in compliance with local labor rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Establish and maintain harmonious relationships with staff and internal and external stakeholders, such as department heads.
- Managing and planning company events and company outings.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR management

**What We Look For**:

- At least 5 years of working experience in human resources.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong in talent acquisition and be familiar with local labor law.
- Well-developed business negotiation skills, ability to express thoughts verbally, ability to teamwork across departments.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Pleasant and engaging phone manner
- Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
