**Qualifications**
- At least five years of experience in programme or office administration, preferably in a multifaceted small business context
- Experience and capability in at least three of the following areas: customer care (online); wholesale account management; inventory management; paper and electronic filing systems; basic bookkeeping and related data entry
- Undergraduate degree in humanities, social sciences, computer science, or other relevant area (masters preferred)
- Excellent written communication skills: professional correspondence and report writing; able to adapt voice to different contexts and purposes
- Data analysis: able to glean useful insights from a variety of data sources, including sales data and online analytics
- Adaptable and flexible, able to shift focus to work in a variety of different areas and to produce different types of deliverables based on programme requirements
- Excellent organizational skills, task management, and calendar usage; able to set priorities and exercise sound judgment
- Software/ computer skills:

- Touch typing and highly efficient computer-user
- Effective working with standard office software (Microsoft Office and Google documents)
- Able to make effective use of additional software utilities (Dropbox and file sharing; online banking platforms; web-based interfaces for managing orders, calendars, schedules etc.)
- Data management, data analysis, and comfortable working with spreadsheets
- Familiarity with Shopify's e-commerce platform is a significant asset
- Adobe creative suite is a significant asset
- Basic programming skills an asset
- Knowledge of Google Merchant Centre, Google Ads, and related platforms an asset
- Knowledge of Klaviyo and related online marketing platforms an asset
- Knowledge of other relevant platforms (salesforce etc.) an asset

**Duties**
- General programme administration: supporting the management of documents, tasks, correspondence, calendars etc., in conjunction with the rest of the team
- Customer care: lead role in wholesale customer care; and supporting direct retail customer care in conjunction with the rest of the team
- Inventory management: in conjunction with the rest of the team, oversee the implementation of our inventory management software, including monitoring of stock levels, inputting of new inventory, and triggering restocking orders when necessary
- Sales and marketing: generation of new wholesale accounts, and management of existing accounts; development of online marketing initiatives (with potential for innovative offline marketing initiatives as well); supporting the establishment of AO2's new brick and mortar retail space/ showroom

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
