**Administrative Assistant (Summer Student Position)**
**Temporary Full-Time Contract Up to 8 Weeks**
**$17.55/hour**
PHARA is hiring a summer student for the position of Administrative Assistant. The position will be centred out of 280 Oakwood Ave, North Bay, Ontario with a standard shift (but not limited to) M to F, 830-430pm. This position includes reception duties as it is often the first point of contact in the organization and extends to assisting with our Loan Out Cupboard (Assistive Devices Program) and general administrative functions.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple elements at once.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
- Be between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment:
- Be a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act [S.C. 2001, c.27]*; and
- Be legally entitled to work according to relevant provincial/territorial legislation and regulations.
**International students are not eligible. Recent immigrants are eligible if they are Canadian Citizens or permanent residents.**

PHARA est à la recherche d’une étudiante ou d’un étudiant pour pourvoir au poste susmentionné. Le travail a lieu au 280, avenue Oakwood, North Bay, en Ontario. Le quart de travail sera standard (sans toutefois y être limité) du lundi au vendredi de 8 h 30 à 16 h 30. Le poste comprend des tâches de réception (souvent le premier point de contact dans l’organisme), des tâches de soutien à l’armoire de prêt (programme d’appareils et d’accessoires fonctionnels) et des tâches administratives générales.
**COMPÉTENCES**
- Maîtrise des logiciels inclus dans Microsoft Office.
- Solide attention aux détails et capacité de gérer et de prioriser de multiples choses en même temps.
- Excellentes aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle et la communication.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français (atout).
Ce poste est financé par Emploi et Développement social Canada. La personne retenue doit donc aussi:
- avoir entre 15 et 30 ans (inclusivement) au début de l’emploi;
- être de citoyenneté canadienne, habiter en permanence au Canada ou y avoir obtenu l’asile aux termes de la _Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés_ [L.C. 2001, ch. 27]* et
- être légalement autorisée à travailler selon les lois et les règlements pertinents provinciaux.
