Alternatives Funeral & Cremation Services is a family-owned and -operated business, proudly supporting the communities of Vernon, Armstrong, Lake Country and Kamloops. We are currently seeking a **Full-Time Office Administrator** for our **Vernon Office**.
- Office Administrator Job Responsibilities: _
- Scheduling appointments;
- File management;
- Invoicing and handling payments;
- Drafting and preparing correspondence;
- Entering data for government statistics;
- Assisting the General Manager with general duties and developing policies and procedures;
- Ensuring the strict confidentiality and privacy of clients and business-related records;
- Performs other related duties as assigned;
- Office Administrator Qualifications/Skills: _
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbally and written);
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills;
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload;
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team;
- Willingness to take on tasks as needed;
- Education & Experience Requirements: _
- Grade 12;
- Previous office experience (minimum 2 years);
- Graduation from an office administration certificate program considered an asset;

**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
