**Here's What You Will Be Doing.**

The role of the Manager:

- Lead a positive work environment focused on hosting the party each day
- Guest focused daily operations
- Develop staff training incentives
- Identify staffing requirements with current and future needs
- Develop and motivate, coach an amazing team
- Interacts with guests, to ensure all inquiries and complaints are handled promptly
- Build a developmental leadership style, with engagement and communication

**This Is What You'll Need**:

- _2 to 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager and a passion for a great guest experience _
- Positive attitude and ability to work a flexible schedule
- Smart Serve Certified
- Health and Safety Level 1 & 2 certification is an asset
- Reliable Transportation

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
