Audi Midtown Toronto is looking for a **Sales Administrator** to join their team in Toronto.

The **Sales Administrator** is responsible for all sales related administrative aspects of the order, licensing, and payment of new and pre-owned vehicles.

Our **Sales Administrators** serve as a point of contact for customers with questions about orders and licensing, and provide support for the Sale Representatives.

**Job Duties**:

- Process licensing and registration paperwork for new and used vehicles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle inventory and associated documentation.
- Communicate with customers and government agencies to resolve any licensing-related issues or inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Finance departments to coordinate timely and accurate completion of licensing.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Handling customers in a professional manner.
- Keep up with any changes in licensing regulations and communicate updates to the team.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Perform any other administrative duties as required.

**What We Look For**:

- **Previous work experience as an automotive Sales Administrator is preferred.**:

- CDK/One-Eighty knowledge is considered an asset.
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking expertise.
- Detail oriented with good analytical aptitude.
- Solid time management and decision making capabilities.
- Effective listening and communication skills.
- Comfortable with computers and technology.
