As a Dental Receptionist at frssh dental, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they walk in or contact us. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our dental studio by handling administrative tasks, managing patient appointments, and facilitating communication between patients, clinical staff, payor (insurance) and management.

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor, making them feel comfortable and valued.
- Manage patient appointments, confirmations, and cancellations using our scheduling software, ensuring optimal utilization of clinical resources.
- Verify patient insurance coverage, collect co-payments, and process payments accurately.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely delivery of care.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and inventory management as required.
- Act as a liaison between patients and care providers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and efficiency.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting colleagues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- **Required: Previous 3+ years of experience in a dental admin/front desk role.**:
- Preferred Bachelors or Associate Degree in Healthcare Admin/Hospitality/Business
- Experience with **Curve** **PMS**(**Hero, Gro**) dental practice management software is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling, record-keeping, and communication
- **Excellent** communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse individuals in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and patient care.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
Additional pay:
