**Full Time,** $45,000 - $50,000 annually

Westben seeks to hire a full time Social Media Marketing Coordinator to increase customer engagement through digital means. Reporting to the Co-Founder & Marketing Director, they have the following responsibilities:

- Strategy - Assist with the research, development, design & implementation of all marketing strategies and systems.
- Digital Systems (websites and social media) - Manage, maintain and operate all digital systems including:

- Websites - design and update content on both Westben websites
- Social Media - manage and operate social media outlets, including content creation including event and merchandise photography, photo and video editing, copywriting etc.
- E-newsletters - content, design & dissemination
- Design digital Audience Program
- Digital Content Development - Research, design, create and disseminate digital content as required
- Digital Marketing - design, create and execute schedule of all digital marketing dissemination
- Digital Advertising - work with team on building and executing online advertising
- Engage with the online community by communicating with social media followers via direct messages, responding to comments/retweets in a timely manner.
- Regular digital marketing analytics reporting; with plans and steps for improvement
- Design with the team in-house print marketing as required
- Other duties as assigned
- Adhere to Westben's policies and code of conduct
- Participate in mandatory staff, committee, and developmental meetings.
- Marketing and Communications training and experience,
- Great communication skills, works well independently and with a team.
- Maintains a high standard of professionalism,
- The ability to troubleshoot, think critically and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize well and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience with the public and a passion for an arts, culture or tourism.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design and photography skills.

This position is a mix of remote and in-person work.

Successful applicant must provide a Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
