SUMMARY
AS A MARKETING MANAGER, YOU WILL MAKE YOUR IMPACT BY:
- Implementing comprehensive marketing strategies in alignment with DRMG's business goals-
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and effective market approach- Overseeing the quarterly promotional plan, adjusting strategies based on market trends and performance data- Leading the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging and maximum impact- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitors to identify challenges and opportunities- Spearheading customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize marketing efforts- Directing marketing and promotions for DRMG’s Group of Companies- Handling the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and maximizing ROI- Proficiently leading a team - ensuring success by providing adequate resources and offering insightful guidance to maximize productivity and achieve collective goals by managing Marketing Team Members- Fostering a results-driven culture within the marketing team, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement- Living our core values and contributing with feedback, suggestions and ideas to make the company successful
YOU CAN EXCEL AS A MARKETING MANAGER IF YOU HAVE:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field- An MBA (Masters of Business Administration) or equivalent Masters Degree is a strong asset.- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing management role, preferably within a similar industry- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies- Strong understanding of digital marketing, direct mail, content creation, and analytics- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills- Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve complex problems- Proficient in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems and analytics platforms- A passion for sustainability and an understanding of its importance in modern marketing- Experience in Netsuite is an asset
