**Technical Project Coordinator**
**THE SPONSORSHIP COLLECTIVE**
**Who you are**
Your life motto is: “There is only one constant in life, change.” Change excites you. You are bored with work that is repetitive and routine.
When your mom asks you how to add a contact to her phone, you are overjoyed to patiently and calmly support her. Supporting people in using technology in a way that optimizes for their time so they can focus on their strengths is your passion.
Some may have called you a “HubSpot Master”. You are an expert in all things software and technology. You understand HubSpot like the back of your hand. You have experience working with a wide range of platforms.
You love data. You want to spend your day diving into data. Striving for 100% accuracy and getting every single number to align is your personal mission, even though you know it’s impossible.
Making data driven decisions is your superpower. Throwing a band aid on an issue, before understanding the root cause is something you have vowed never to do. You strive to collect all relevant information, data and seek feedback before implementing a solution.
You have the ability to consider 2nd and 3rd order consequences of making decisions. You understand that everything is connected and changes made will have a ripple effect. You can proactively identify potential risks and challenges and make a plan.
You have been acknowledged for your efficient work ethic. Your time management and prioritization skills are a 10/10. You know how to make decisions based on what is an emergency, urgent and priority when multiple people are asking for multiple things.
Unafraid to ask for clarification, prescribe solutions or make suggestions to improve processes. Even when sharing them with your boss or coworker. On the flip side, you have an open mind and are always open to feedback.
You enjoy working with a team and thrive on playing your part. You understand the power of collaboration when working towards a common goal.
