Location Manager, Immersive Experience

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the operations of the experience and a team of about 30-40 part-time employees, including the front of house guest services, experience host, retail and on-site AV; ensuring the end-to-end guest experience is world-class and the operations required to do so are running effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, special events and creative teams to ensure that all operations meet the requirements from the cross functional team.
- Implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Manage budgets and financial performance, working closely with the finance team to ensure that the experience is profitable.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of employees, ensuring that they are providing outstanding customer service and delivering the experience to the highest standards.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure that the experience is delivering the intended artistic vision.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure that all technical elements of the experience are running smoothly and safely.
- Monitor and resolve guest feedback and work with the team to continually improve the experience.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available and functioning properly.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ordering additional items as needed and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and stored.
- Conduct regular inspections of the experience to identify any areas for improvement or maintenance needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote the experience and enhance the guest experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, theatre production, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or theatre production, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of employees and contractors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, vendors, and employees.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements related to event management and hospitality.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $95,000.00 per year
