Welcome to Lighthouse Immersive Studios Inc.

**Box Office Associates** are primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service and processing all on site ticket purchases, both in advance and on the day of event. As well as providing friendly, knowledgeable information regarding all products and services in a timely and professional manner, while maximizing revenue through up-selling when applicable.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Handling large volume of sales on a regular basis and processing/manage debit, and credit card transactions with confidence, using upselling to maximize revenue when appropriate
- Ensure that all guests are met with a friendly and courteous experience
- Deal with any customers issues related to ticketing and balance daily transactions ensuring all sales are accurate (essential), troubleshooting where discrepancies do occur
- Operating and troubleshoot computerized/hardware ticketing systems and ensuring all account data is captured accurately
- Maintaining discretion regarding confidentiality of all account information
- Have an experienced knowledge of all related ticket pricing, schedule, promotions and operations

**Requirements**:

- Ability to sit for extended periods of time Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include daytime, evening, or weekend shifts
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have significant experience in a Box Office setting and processes
- Ability to work 9 to 9.5 hour shifts when needed

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
