Duties

Aiden Packaging Inc. is a local, family run business located in Kirkland, QC. We are a major plastics/packaging distributor dealing with manufacturers overseas, bringing product to our local customers. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents online filing on Onedrive
- Type and proofread correspondence, reports, specsheet and other documents
- Process order with suppliers.
- Answer incoming calls and take messages.
- Organize files on one drive.
- Process dispatch orders on Cia Trade Assistance.
- Logistics scheduling assistance.
- Inventory reconciliation.
- Assist in creating purchase order.
- Assit to migrate inventory from spread sheet to online software.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Manage & updated inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in an office environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and ability to use QuickBooks software
- Three to five years’ experience in similar role
- Logistics and warehousing experience is a plus.
- English and French fluently written and spoken.
- knowledge on Google Sheet.

Procurement is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English and French fluently written and spoken.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
