Centre for Chiropractic and Sports Rehabilitation is a small, family owned practice in Calgary, AB. We are looking for an office administrator to join our team.

**Job Duties**:

- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet patients and visitors upon arrival and departure
- Maintain office supplies and product inventory
- Maintain office appearance and health standards by following health regulations
- Organize office operations and maintain a schedule for the office
- Assist with scheduling appointments for patients
- Schedule follow up appointments with patients
- Provide general support to other employees in the office (e.g., answer questions, assist with mailings, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Education**:High school diploma or equivalent required. College certificate or degree in Business, Accounting, MOA preferred.

**Experience**:Previous experience in a medical office or other office setting required. Experience with JaneApp, Sage50, benefit portals (ex. Blue Cross) preferred.

**Schedule**:Office Hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 7pm and Saturday 8am - 12pm. Monday to Friday has 2 shifts either 4 or 8 hours (ex. 7am-3pm). Schedule will be discussed in more detail during the interview process. Our office is closed on all statutory holiday weekends (including Saturday and the Stat holiday).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
