**THE OPPORTUNITY (IS HUGE)**
Employee benefits are a $50 billion dollar a year B2B industry in Canada and growing every year. But the industry is stagnant, with little to no change from our competitors in the 40 years we’ve been in business. Traditional employee benefits sales techniques haven't progressed in that time, and the industry is setting small and medium businesses up to fail - But most business owners don’t even know about the fastest growing benefits provider in the country, so how would we ever get the word out?
**YOUR ROLE**
Your job is to tell business leaders from across Canada about a better way to provide employee benefits, and then set up appointments for them with our licensed advisors who get them on our plan. Technically, we're known as "prospectors": we find high-potential contacts and prepare them for a sales conversation. It's all done over the telephone, from comfortable offices or from your own home (we offer a Hybrid working arrangement) during business hours, plus our Happy Friday Program, giving you every second Friday off
