**The Opportunity**:
The Executive Assistant position supports the Vice President as the primary point of contact for the Executive Leadership Team, providing execution of administrative operations, analytical assistance and project management to all administrative matters. The Executive Assistant performs highly complex, confidential and analytical assignments with only general direction provided by the Vice President and has an exceptionally strong command of all administrative matters associated with the Vice President’s office. The Executive Assistant has a partnership relationship with the Vice President, such that the Vice President has confidence in the skills and qualities of the Executive Assistant.

The Executive Assistant will support the VP Medicine, Quality & Safety to conduct departmental reviews, Chief Searches, support the Medical Advisory Committee and the Quality Board Committee.

**Hours of Work**:
Monday - Friday, 75 hours biweekly.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Completion of a university level Business Administration program or recognized office administration program/business program/secretarial program
- Minimum 5 years' experience supporting senior management, high level computer proficiency, and strong project management skills.
- Knowledge and experience using SAP and Meeting Planner is an asset.

An alternative combination of education, training, and progressively responsible experience may be considered in absence of the above qualifications.
