Unleashd has an opportunity for a **Regional Business Development Executive** to join our team focused on the Quebec market.

You’re a results-driven individual who is motivated by driving revenue and customer growth. The enthusiasm for our product is only superseded by the desire you have to help our customers get the most out of their business by coupling fantastic processes with our software. You bring to the table a successful track record in SaaS sales by overachieving quotas and targets. You’re a self starter that likes the independence of prospecting and growing your market but knowing you’re part of a larger team and helping build out a collaborative vision. Growth is not just what you’re looking to do, it’s who you are and we want to give you a wide open field to do just that.

Êtes-vous quelqu'un axé sur les résultats et motivée par la croissance des revenus et de la clientèle ? Vous apportez à la table un bilan réussi dans les ventes SaaS en dépassant les quotas et les objectifs. Vous êtes une personne autonome qui aime l'indépendance de la prospection et de la croissance de votre marché, tout en sachant que vous faites partie d'une équipe plus large et que vous contribuez à l'élaboration d'une vision de groupe basée sur la collaboration. **YOU HAVE**
- 3 - 5 years of successful SaaS sales experience in the automotive or related industry
- A clear understanding of what it takes to grow a market through new customer acquisition
- The comfort level to use online tools such for virtual meetings such as Google Workspace and other web based CRM platforms
- Experience in negotiating and closing SaaS deal sizes of at least CAD 15-50k/year in terms of annual contract value (ACV) and sales cycles of 1-3 months
- Situational awareness to know when to be more direct and ask for the sale vs. reading a room and knowing when to play the long game
- A general understanding of how the retail automotive industry operates and the players within a dealership
- A strong desire to win

**VOUS AVEZ**
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente de SaaS dans l'industrie automobile ou une autre connexe
- Une compréhension claire de ce qu'il faut pour développer un marché grâce à l'acquisition de nouveaux clients
- Un bon niveau de confort pour utiliser des outils en ligne pour des réunions virtuelles telles que Google Workspace et d'autres plates-formes CRM basées sur le Web
- Expérience dans la négociation et la conclusion d'un accord SaaS entre 15 et 50 000 CAD/an en termes de valeur contractuelle annuelle (ACV) et de cycles de vente de 1 à 3 mois
- Un bon état de conscience de la situation pour savoir quand être plus franc et demander la vente, par opposition a une approche à long terme
- Une compréhension générale du fonctionnement de l'industrie automobile de détail et des acteurs au sein d'une concessionnaire
