**Responsibilities**:
- Research and identification of potential new clients and prospective properties
- Presenting presentations to companies, private parties, investors to win mandates and listings
- Cold-calling prospects and face-to-face meeting interactions
- Closing Commercial Real Estate and Business sales & leasing transactions from start to finish
- Be able to work independently and as a member of a team

**Requirements**:
- Real Estate License
- Driver's License and Vehicle
- Self motivated, ambitious, and inspired to succeed
- Above-average communication and relationship-building skills
- A high level of personal responsibility, honesty, and empathy
- Goal oriented, with a focus on personal development
- Able to bounce back from rejection, and solve problems creatively
- Experience with business development and/or sales activities, such as cold-calling and market research, sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex business relationships while maintaining a high level of professionalism and maturity
- Consistent in achieving and exceeding goals and monthly targets

**Bonus Skills and Experiences**

- Diploma or degree in Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Marketing or Urban Land
- Prior experience using CRM programs
- Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Experience in the Commercial real estate sector or a related industry is considered a strong asset.
- Prior experience performing property valuation is considered a strong asset
