**What You'll Do**:

- ** Lead Projects**:Lead cutting-edge analytic projects that transform data into actionable insights. Spearhead the implementation of our Workforce Analytics Strategy, influencing the future of HR practices.
- ** Expert Guidance**: Provide direction on data management, including access, security, structure, cleansing, visualization, performance measurement, statistical analysis, and integration. Shape policy development and operational planning with your impactful recommendations.
- ** Data Agreements**: Establish and manage data sharing agreements, ensuring secure access to Master data sets from internal and external partners.
- ** Statistical Analysis**: Design and implement complex analyses to identify program linkages and optimize objectives.
- ** Data Mining**: Utilize advanced techniques to analyze historical data, uncover trends, and validate assumptions.
- ** Data Visualization**: Create sophisticated visual tools to simplify large datasets and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- ** ROI Management**: Optimize the Return on Investment from workforce-related datasets.
- ** Internal Collaboration**: Build relationships with client groups to ensure alignment with Workforce Analytics and Business Intelligence Strategies, addressing their needs and reviewing processes.
- ** Project Oversight**: Guide the design and execution of technical analytical solutions, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- ** Governance Compliance**: Ensure adherence to best practices in data privacy, integration, management, quality, and utilization.
- ** Communication**: Report findings and evaluate options with management and stakeholders
- ** Leadership**: In this role you will supervise a team of 4-5 direct reports.

**What the role requires**:

- Master’s degree with minimum 5 - 8 years’ experience in Human Resources, Health Informatics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computational Geometry, Actuarial Science or Data Science related discipline.
- Combination of education and experience may be considered

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Presentation and Facilitation skills
- Extensive experience with PowerBI
- Experience with SAP Success Factors
- Expertise and experience assembling a blend of classical and advanced components like artificial intelligence, pattern recognition, databases, traditional statistics and graphics tools to identify relationships, correlations, trends and patterns found within structured and unstructured data sets
- Advanced skills in structural equation modeling, generating decision trees, cluster analysis, text analytics, and data visualization
- Experience with data visualization tools including open source and commercial packages and libraries, as well as the ability to create custom visualizations using combinations of linked tools
- Expert knowledge of BI concepts and data mining techniques e.g. associations discovery, sequential pattern discovery, classification, clustering and forecasting
- Proficient in use of MS office tools, in particular Excel and Access
- Advanced knowledge and experience with creation of databases
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
