Google offre un soutien de premier ordre en matière de produits et de vente pour les magasins de distributeurs et de détaillants dans son territoire. L’équipe met en œuvre des stratégies de mise sur le marché et agit comme les yeux et les oreilles de l’entreprise. Elle comprend bien l’industrie, compile des informations de marché, rend compte des tendances et conçoit des stratégies d’affaires en réponse à celles-ci.
Pour réussir, nos équipes sur le terrain doivent établir des partenariats efficaces avec les revendeurs, les opérateurs, les concessionnaires ainsi qu'avec les partenaires OEM et matériels.
**Candidat idéal pour ce poste**:
Vous êtes passionné par le développement d’une équipe de leaders en ventes et en formation. Vous alliez une maîtrise de la technologie mobile à la capacité d’inspirer et de favoriser une culture de haute performance. Vous êtes principalement responsable du développement et de la livraison de programmes de formation tant pour les partenaires internes qu’externes.
Vous serez la force motrice pour assurer que notre équipe de gestionnaires de ventes dispose des connaissances et des compétences nécessaires pour établir des relations efficaces, gérer des comptes et augmenter les ventes.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Responsabilités principales du rôle de formateur expert**:
- Développer des stratégies de formation qui maximisent l’engagement, la rétention et l’adoption.
- Conseiller et collaborer avec les parties prenantes des programmes pour mieux comprendre les besoins commerciaux. S'assurer que la formation est intégrée aux programmes de formation des partenaires pertinents.
- Adapter et localiser le contenu de la formation. Animer des séances TTT (formation de formateurs) pour garantir que les membres de l’équipe sur le terrain délivrent des formations de haute qualité.
- Offrir des formations efficaces pour améliorer les compétences de l’équipe sur le terrain et l'expérience de service, afin de soutenir les stratégies de mise sur le marché et stimuler les ventes.
- Collaborer avec les directeurs des ventes régionaux (DSR) pour soutenir les priorités régionales, les évaluations de formation, les projets et les objectifs commerciaux.
- Donner l'exemple en formant les équipes sur les produits et les techniques de vente. Développer de nouvelles méthodes créatives pour vendre et démontrer les produits en magasin afin de promouvoir les ventes.
- Voyager de façon ponctuelle pour soutenir la formation sur le terrain, participer à des événements et représenter l’entreprise lors de conférences et d’événements majeurs.
- Fournir des rétroactions continues et des analyses pour maximiser l'impact de la formation en magasin, des plateformes et des ressources.
- Maintenir une connaissance technique approfondie de l’industrie des téléphones mobiles.
- Soutenir des projets et programmes spéciaux au besoin.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Qualifications**
- Diplôme en éducation, apprentissage des adultes, animation/formation, coaching, conception pédagogique, ou domaine connexe, ou une combinaison équivalente d’expérience.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais.
- Maîtrise de la création de contenu de formation et de la conception pédagogique, y compris la création de fichiers SCORM.
- Connaissance approfondie des principes d’apprentissage des adultes et expérience d’enseignement auprès d’un public adulte.
- Vous êtes un chercheur et un apprenant passionné qui se tient à jour avec les tendances de l'industrie.
- Vous êtes un développeur de talents inné, un enseignant compétent et un coach habile.
- Expérience avérée dans la création et la livraison de programmes de formation percutants et engageants, respectant ou dépassant les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).
- Capacité à collaborer avec des collègues, des parties prenantes clients, des gestionnaires de ventes et des clients.
- Compétence dans la gestion de plusieurs priorités concurrentes.
- Capacité à équilibrer autonomie et collaboration.
**Expérience souhaitée**
- Maîtrise de Chromebook, Google Workspace et de la plateforme Android.
- Expérience avec des fournisseurs de plateformes LMS existants comme Intellum, Axonify et/ou Halight.
- Expérience avec des solutions d’apprentissage expérientiel, comme l’apprentissage en micro-modules et/ou l’apprentissage ludifié.
- Expérience dans l’utilisation de solutions alimentées par l’IA pour enrichir et diversifier les offres de contenu.
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie des téléphones mobiles.
- Plus de 3 ans d’expérience dans la livraison de formations sur les produits et les ventes.
